At Morphe, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new beauty haul, so we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in gently used or original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include your packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
